Job Descriptions
- Scheduling patient appointments, cancellations, and updating records
- Entering patient information into a database
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitary needs of space
- Maintaining required records and documentation
- Ensuring patient confidentiality
- Recording patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, and weight
- Assisting with clinical duties
- Checking and ordering inventory supplies; maintaining office equipment, ordering replacement supplies as needed
- Working as a vital part of a team of medical professionals
Job Requirements
- Must possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate or Certificate in Healthcare Assistant.
- Minimum 6 months or 1 year working experience
- Must be willing to work on shift. Shift allowances will be provided.
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of medical recording and databases preferred

Job Description:
- To be overall responsible for the safety and proper operation of high tension power supply and standby generator emergency power supply.
- To perform site works such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, site repair works, and corrective maintenance.
- Maintains and monitors the performance of the electrical equipment.
- To ensure all mechanical & electrical installation and services and maintenances are safe, correct, legal, and in compliance with the authorities.
- Competent BO Chargeman (11kV) Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Minimum of 5 years working experiences in the related field.
- Experience in a healthcare-settings will be an added advantage.
- Experience in general repairs and maintenance works.
- Able to converse and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
