Job Descriptions

Liaise with Case Management unit in PERKESO Rehab Melaka.
Promotes IHT Rehab facilities and service provisions to the patients and family members.
Assist in tracking and collating number of patients contacted, home visits and other data as required for reporting to management.
Works with patients to identify and eliminate barriers from seeking treatment (i.e. issues of food, housing, transportation); to allow greater participation in treatment as needed.
Sets up transportation for patients to attend appointments.
Schedules appointments with consideration of patients’ needs and preferences.

Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Social Work or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years’ customer service experience, preferably in human services, possess demonstrated commitment to customer service.
Professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, or challenging behaviors highly preferred.
Must be willing to travel and possess own transport.

Job Description:

To be overall responsible for the safety and proper operation of high tension power supply and standby generator emergency power supply.
To perform site works such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, site repair works, and corrective maintenance.
Maintains and monitors the performance of the electrical equipment.
To ensure all mechanical & electrical installation and services and maintenances are safe, correct, legal, and in compliance with the authorities.

Job Requirements:

Competent BO Chargeman (11kV) Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Minimum of 5 years working experiences in the related field.
Experience in a healthcare-settings will be an added advantage.
Experience in general repairs and maintenance works.
Able to converse and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
