Job Descriptions

  • Liaise with Case Management unit in PERKESO Rehab Melaka.
  • Promotes IHT Rehab facilities and service provisions to the patients and family members.
  • Assist in tracking and collating number of patients contacted, home visits and other data as required for reporting to management.
  • Works with patients to identify and eliminate barriers from seeking treatment (i.e. issues of food, housing, transportation); to allow greater participation in treatment as needed.
  • Sets up transportation for patients to attend appointments.
  • Schedules appointments with consideration of patients’ needs and preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Social Work or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ customer service experience, preferably in human services, possess demonstrated commitment to customer service.
  • Professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, or challenging behaviors highly preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel and possess own transport.

Job Description:
  • To be overall responsible for the safety and proper operation of high tension power supply and standby generator emergency power supply.
  • To perform site works such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, site repair works, and corrective maintenance.
  • Maintains and monitors the performance of the electrical equipment.
  • To ensure all mechanical & electrical installation and services and maintenances are safe, correct, legal, and in compliance with the authorities.
Job Requirements:
  • Competent BO Chargeman (11kV) Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Minimum of 5 years working experiences in the related field.
  • Experience in a healthcare-settings will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in general repairs and maintenance works.
  • Able to converse and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
